Policies Comxissioner Allen offered motion that the Board of Commissioners receive, fil .Farley Yancy & Yoss and approve the insurance policy issued by the Fidelity 8! Casualty Company of New York, policy 03-29457 insuring the City of Paducah for a period of one (1) year from July 19, 1949, on account of construction and erection work done by F.?:.Farley Plumbing 2: ueatir Company; also the endorsement of the Coal Operators Casualty Company to be attached to its policy issued to 'fancy E: !.tori Construction Company and the City of Paducah, policy ,.1-14339, which endorsement provides far a change in the name of the employer to "Yancy ;::Foss Construction Company, :.;:.Yancy Fc J.5.L:oas, d/b/a and the City of Paduca: -er.tucky".
