Commissioner Fannin offered motion .that the petition of Earl S. Dennis and I wife, lda ',:as Dennis, for permission to matte one 3/4 inch connection to the privately owned cater pipe line of Christ Steinhauer on 36th Street and the petition of william �. Fhelps and wife, lorothy G. Phelps, for permission to connect one 3/4 inch conn- ection to tite privately owned water pipe line of Christ Steinhauer on 36th Street, be gra-ted subject to the limitations and conditions contained in said petition. Nothing contained in the granting of this request shall be construed as a ,cuarantee Cf pressure or cater service on the part of the City of Paducah or its Commissioners of Fater 10.1orks, and nothing in the granting of said request shall now or hereafter be construed as an obligation or agreement on tha part of the City of Paducah or its Commissioners of '.rater ',forks to purchase or acquire said :eater lino or any part thereof or to maintain same; no such obligation shall arise should said territory where said privately owned pipe line lies be annexed to or taken into the corporate limits ' of the City of ;aducah. Commissioner Allen offered motion that the board of Commissioners receive file and approve public liability policy issued by the New Amsterdam Casualty Company to the City od Paducah and/or Frenzo Stubblefield for a period of one year from July 2 1949, also bond of the said Frenzo Stubblefield in the amount of •,1000 dated July 8, 1949.
