Johnston presided and upon call of the Roll the following answered to their names:

Minutea of the previous meeting were adopted as read.
Stater line Commissioner Allen offered motion that the petition of Loren tr. Jones for per

Sunset Ave. Ii mission to construct and extend a privately owned water line on South 42nd Street and
along Sunset Avenue be granted subject to the limitations and conditions contained in
said petition and that t e request of petitioners R. C. Jennings, Jr., and wife, 6nry
iElizabeth Jennin:rs, henry if. Schnuck and wife, Kathryn Schnuck and E. A. Cave and wife,
Jane Cave, be granted subject to the limitations and condixions contained in said

Nothing contained in the crenting of this request shall be construed as a guar -
I antes of pressure or water service on the part of the City of Paducah or its Commission-
ers of Water Storks, and nothing in the granting of said request shall now or hereafter
II be construed as an obligation or agreement on the part of the City of Paducah or its

Commissioners of :,ater .forks to purchase or acquire said water line or any part thereof
or to maintain same; no such obligation shall arise should said territory where said
privately owned pipe line lies be annexed to or taken into the corporate limits of the
