of 34th and Harrison Streets be received and filed, and that the City Manager be dir-
ested to arrange for the installation of a light at this location. Adopted on call i

Paducah, in effect since June 17th, 1949; also the policy of the Coal Operators
Casualty Company, ;o. LIX-14348, covering the liability of 'iI.R.Chandler and the City of
Paducah in connection with excavation and street reconstruction work done by the said
:7.R.Chandler; and alsd the policy of th3 Coal Operators Casualty Company, policy No.
LMC -14367, covering the liability of Yancy & Moss Construction Company, in connection
with excavation and street reconstruction work done by the said Yancy & Moss Con-
