B. Roach and his wife, Sanders Arcadiajl Sub -Div. IpNI Carrie Mae Roach, for authority and permission to lay and connect a water pipe line for the purpose of supplying water for domestic purposes to their property located at Lot lE II Block 13 Sanders -Arcadia Sub -division outside the city limits of Paducah, Kentucky, be received and filed and that the request in said petition be granted in accordance :with I: the terms set forth therein. It is understood, however, in granting the privilege sought in said petition �I neither the City of Paducah not the Commissioners of :Vater Viorks shall be obligated to +!buy said pipe line or any part thereof, and no such obligation shall be contained or be implied hereafter should the territory to be served by the water line to be laid under U the authority heroin requested be taken into or made a part of the City of Paducah. It is further understood that the petitioners will subwscribe for water service at the rates now or hereafter prescribed for water service to consumers outside the cit limits and subject in all respects to the rules and regulations of the City of Paducah r its Commissioners of Slater Works which may be now in force or hereinafter enacted. Nothing in the granting of this petition shall obligate the City of Paducah or its Commissioners of ;Water ;Yorks to guarantee water pressure or service, and said :star service may be discontinued through said pipe line at any time when in the judgment of the Commisaioners of Pater Slorks the furnishing of water to the petitioners or their lsuccessors in ownership of the property owned may interfere in any wise with the adequa e supply and distribution of water inside the corporate limits of the City of Paducah. Tatar Connection Commissioner Fannin offered motion that the petition of Morris McBride and wife, 42nd Street ;� Carrie L'cBride and Loren IA. Jones for permission to connect a 5/4 or one inch water line to a privately owned pipe line of Loren M. Jones lying among 42nd Street so as to i+ provide :rater service for domestic purposes to one residence to be constructed upon tte property of said petitioners be received and filed and that the authority sought in i said petiti6n, subject to the limitations and conditions expressed therein, be granted. u Nothing contained in the granting of this request shall be construed as a guarantjjjpe of pressure or water service on the part of the City of Paducah or its Commkssioners of :later Ylorks, and nothing in the granting of said request shall now or hereafter be con- strued as an obligation or agreement on the part of the City of Paducah or its Comm- issioners of Wator ,'forks to purchase or acquire said water line or any part thereof or to maintain same; no such obligation shall arise should said territory where said pri- vately owned pipe line lies be annexed to or taken into the corporate limits of the City of Paducah, Kentucky.
