E.3rown and the City of Paducah containing evidence that they are insured under policy #L3111-132244 for the period., of January 22, 1949 to January 22, 1950, said policies providing liability and property damage coverage in connection with excavatio) r:ork to be performed by •the said W. At this roint Cc=dsslonor Abell raised an object-Ion to the introduction of th) ordinance referred to in the Layor's motion and requested that he be permitted to lod,a formal objections. The request was granted by the Mayor and action upon the motion made by hit- was ordered to be suspended to rive Commissioner Abell the opportunity to file formal objections. Commissioner Abell then read his objections to the tskinC, of a vote upon the adc:-tion of said ordirnnce and Commissioner Abell offered a motion tr.,at his objectiom and the objections of Commissioner Allen be received and filed. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Abell, Allen, Fannin, Johnston and I-Talor Peak (5).
