authorizin the cancellation of bond ;82134471 executed on October 7, 1946 by Graves
varrow as principal and the Fidelity and Casualty Company of P:ocr York as Surety,

Paducah in.connection with excavations made by the said R.C.I,Torroe, also the policy
of the Fidelity .° Casualty Company of New York, 115-29452, providing; liability coverage
for the benefit of the City of Paducah in connection with excavation work done by

settle Clair Commissioner Hannin offered motion that the attorney for the city be authorized

to settle by compromise the claim of Judy Fox for damages on account of accidental
injuries she received in a fall on the sidewalk on the north side of I..roadway between
22nd and 23rd Streets _obruary 13, 1940, and that the sum of ;,00.00, together with the
expenses for ppointina guardian for the said Judy Fox, be paid in consideration of
the execution aC of a release by the guardian of the said Judy Fox and by her mother and
father, Coda Fox and Lula Fox, on account of all claims for damages resulting from sal
