connection with the city wharf, be received and filed, and that the City I'Anarer be
authorized to enter into and execute, for and on behalf of the city of Paducah, a lease
of the aforesaid concession to rapt. Robert E. Yager at a rental of a25.CO per month
provided aaia lease contains the provision that It may, at the option of either party,
be conte=led upon thirty days, writ;cn notice to the other party, and provided further
that said lease contains such other provisions as will protect the interest or the City
