pose of providing water service to the building located on the property of petit.oners
be received and filed and that the request in said petition be granted in accordance
with the 'terms set forth therein.
it is understood, however, in granting the privilege sought in said petition
neither the City of Paducah nor the Commissioners of 7Jater ,forks shall be obligated
to buy said pipe line or any part thereof, and no such obligation shall be contained
or be implied hereafter should the territory to be served by the water line to be laid
under the authority herein requested be taken into or made a part of the City of
Paducah.
It is further understood that the petitioners will subscribe for water service at
the rates no:•r or hereafter prescribed for water service to consumers outside the city
limits and subject in all respects to the rules and regulations of the City of Paducah
or its Commissioners of ;Nater Works which may be now in force or hereinafter enacted.
Nothing in the granting of this petition shall obligate the City of Paducah or its

service nay be discontinued through said pipe line at any time when in the judgr..ent

wise with the adequate supply and distribution of water inside the corporate limits

Ri Provided, however, that nothing in the granting of the request made in said

provide service or pressure or to maintain said pipeline or any part thereof lying
outside the city limits and in no wise shall the granting of this petition be con-
strued as an obligation now and hereafter on the part of the City of Paducah or its
Commissioners of Water Works to purchase said privately owned pipeline, and no such
obligation shall be created in the event the territory served by said privately owned
pipeline or any part thereof shall be taken into the corporate limits of the City of

exempt from
bldg pewit from the payment of a fee for a building permit to construct a locker room and shower

on the golf` course at the Paxton lark, and that the Building Inspector be directed
to issue such permit without collecting a fee upon the condition that all of the
provisions of the Building Code and Standards of Safety shall be complied with.
