Minutes of the previous meeting were adopted as read.

a petition, representing that each of the above named parties is the owner of the
respective property referred to in said petition and that said property adjoins the
street mentioned therein; and said parties petition the Payor and Board of Commission -
era to authorize the laying of a 6" water main along Rock street from Yeiser Avenue to
Sowell Street, a distance of approximately 900 feet.

Plater ..orks that said request and petition complies with the franchise provisions and
requirements.
I, WEREFORE, MOVE that the petition of Calvin H. Mallory and others named here-
in be received and filed and that the Paducah Seater 7lorks, through its Board of Comm-
issioners, be authorized to lay said six inch main along Rock Street from Yeiser
Avenue to Sowell Street, a distance of approximately 900 feet, so as to provide water
service to the lots abutting along Rack Street from Yeiser Avenue to Sowell Street.

an area of 20,000 square feet, and it appearing that said warehouse will be constructed
outside the contested area of the city and that a hazardous condition will not be
cr^ated thereby;
I therefore move that the request be granted and that the said IN. P. 'Nooldridge
be permitted to construct said warehouse at the above mentioned location provided said
structure is approved as to type of material etc. by the Building Inspector.
