Liability/` Commissioner Abell offered motion that the certificate of insurance Policy Larkin Plum- issued by the Hartford Accident and Indemnity Company to Dennis and Valeria Larkins, bind cc doing business as the Larkin Plumbing Company, said certificate providing insurance coverage for the City of Paducah as well as the Larkin Plumbing Company in connection with the construction of and excavation of sidewalks, streets and public ways, be received and filed.
