Minutes of the previous meeting were adopted as read.
Liability/` Commissioner Abell offered motion that the certificate of insurance

Larkin Plum- issued by the Hartford Accident and Indemnity Company to Dennis and Valeria Larkins,

doing business as the Larkin Plumbing Company, said certificate providing insurance
coverage for the City of Paducah as well as the Larkin Plumbing Company in connection
with the construction of and excavation of sidewalks, streets and public ways, be

j applied to the Board of Commissioners for a permit to relocate its old storage tanks i
and to construct new tanks in accordance with the plat and plans and specifications

submitted to the board, I move that such plat, plans and specifications be received
and filed and that said company be permitted to relocate its oil tanks and construct
new tanks upon the sites as shown on said plat and in accordance with the specifica-
tions appearing thereon, provided all requirements of thesuilding Inspector and, Chief
of the Fire Department are complied with. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas,
