He further moved that the Corporation Counsel prepare for introduction at the next meeting an ordinance authorizing the execution of a Contract of Sale of said property. Mausoleum Bldg Commissioner Abell offered motion that the Board of Commissioners receive and roof-Eond „✓ guaranteeing file the bond of the National Surety Corporation in the sum of not exceeding 4'200 for for 29 years I , a period of twenty (20) years from April 2, 1948, guaranteeing the Pitch, Felt and Gravel Roof placed on the 1,ausoleum Building in Oak Grove Cemetery by Geo.
