event the City of Paducah shall hereafter adopt an ordinance providing for the In-
stallation of sewers at the cost of abutting property owners on 8th street, 9th
Ctreet, or any other street on which the property of said Company abuts or levies a
tax for seater improvements under any applicable statute of the Commonwealth of
-entucky, (2) to waive an;; defense to such levy by reason of any claim it mif-ht

facilities, or for any other reason this property is not le -ally asaessible for
