Exonerations Commissioner Sims offered motion that exonerations Nos. 13,344 through 13407 13344 to 13407 inclusive, except Pio. 13385, be received and filed, and that the amount of :y.1386.78 be exonerated on tax bills as shown on said exonerations. Adopted on call of the Rol:, yeas, Commissioners Friedlander, Johnston, Sims, Williams and Mayor Seaton (5). Holiday New Cormnisaioner Johnston offered motion that all city employees, with the Years Day �I exception of the police and fire department personnel, be allowed a holiday New Years j Day, January 1, 1948. L.R.Hownon Arpriaser on December 29, 1947, together with a copj of the transcript of said conversation, be � received and filed. Kausoleum ommissioner Friedlander offered motion that the board of Commissioners Agreement 8, Co.. Order receive and file the agreement entered into between the City of Faducah and F.C.Guthri Iand J.C.Lauderdale, Liquidating Committee of the iiest Kentucky Yausoleum Company, j wherein said committee, with the approval of the Court under an order entered in the action of F.C.Guthrie, et al., vs. West Kentucky Ymusaleum Company, et al., has agreed to release the City of Toducah from all liability up to this time under the contract entered into between the City and the ',lest Kentucky Mausoleum Company on Apri& 3rd, I 1930, in consideration of the payment by the city of tte sum of tG42.50 for the purpoa of defraying one-half of the cost of replacing a now roof on the mausoleum building.
