and ?'r. John Driskill, City Alcoholic Feverage Administrator recommending the amendment of the
alcoholic and malt beverage license ordinance be increasing the license fees, t•e received and filed.

Conmflssioner Tjlmston offered motion that the board of Commissioners receive and file the
ccnsracts entered into between the City of Paducah, Kentucky, and Black and Veatch, i;naineers,
amending the orilnal agreement for the arployment of said engineers to prepare plans and specification
for story. relief servers a^proved by the Federal 77orks Agencu under Docket Ky.15-P-142, togetl-.er with
the supplemental contract entered into between the City of Paducah and Flack F Veatch, 'rinrineers,
anending the criginal agreement for the employment of _sial engineers to prepare plans and specification
for sewer facilities, acproved by the said Federal Plohks Av_ency under Docket Ky 15-P-141. Adopted on
