Proceedings of ?oard of Commissioners City of Paducah February 11, 19447 N At a Regular Meating of the Loard of Commissioners held in the Commissioneri ' Chamber at the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 7:30 o'clock F.V. on February 11, 1947 I! h::'ayor Seaton presided and upon call of the ;toll the following answered to their names: ' Commissioners Friedlander, Johnston, Sims, 7illiams and 1.1ayor Seaton (5). d Ij 5anutes of the previous meeting were adapted as read. i Fay premium Commissioner aims offered motion that the City Treaaurer be authorized to Injunction ' bonds -3.U. pay to ":oodall c.-.lzelton, Insurance Agents, the sum of ,160.00 to cover the premium of case i:100.00 on the injunction bond for :45000.00 executed as surety for the City of Paducah and the premium of :,60.00 on another injunction bond for ;1300Q00 executed as surety fc A the City of Paducah in tho action of City of Paducah, et al, vs, Kentucky Utilities I Company now pending in the EcCracken Circuit Court, the amount expended for said premiums to be charged to the appropriation which will be made in 1947 for expenses to be incurred in connection with the acquisition of the electric system of the hentucky Utilities Company. Pay Campbell Commissioner 71111iams offered motion that the City of Paducah pay the billof Clinic -James Clay Campbell Clinic in the sum of ,8.CO for an X-ray furnished James Clay, a police officer who was injured in a motorcycle accident while engaged in the performance of his '(ryI duties, and that the amount so paid be charged to the contingent fund upon the adop- tion of the Apportionment Ordinance for the year 1947. C. St requestinC that the sewer department be instructed to furnish him a sewer lateral to his property at 318 Washington Street be referred to the attorney for the city for an opinion as to whether the city is obligated to construct at its expense the lateral referred to in said letter.
