Proceedings of Foard of Commiasioners City of Paducah January 28th, 1947
At a Regular Mac tin, of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commissioners'
Chamber at the City Hall, Paducah, l(entucky, at 7:30 o'clock F.Y. on January 28, 1947,

limits of the City of Paducah be granted subjedt to the limitations and conditions
contained in said petition.
Nothing contained in the granting of this request shall be construed as a
guarantee of pressure or water service on the part of the City of Paducah or its
Commissioners of eater 77orks, and nothing in the granting of said request shall now or�
hereafter be construed as an obligation or agreement on the part of the City of Paduca1h
or its Commissioners of -eater Forks to purchase or acquire said water line or any parol
thereof or to maintain same; no such obligation shall arise should said territory
where said privately owned pipe line lies be annexed to or taken into the corporate

Chamber at the City hall for a discussion of matters of importance pertaining to

holiasys during said year and that the Corporation Counsel, when preparing the
apportionment ordinance for the year 1947 based upon the budget of the City Manager,
include therein for the consideration of the uoard of Copimianioners a provision
authorizing the payment of time and one-half componnation to those employees of the
city who will be required to viork on rerulnr holidays. Adopted on call of the Roll,
