At a regular meeting of the Board of Commiasioners held in
the Comaissioncrs' Chamber at the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 3 o'clock P.M., on
the 15th day of August, 1938, Commissioner Hank presided as Mayor pro tem in the absen-
ce of I:.ayor 'J7ashburn and upon call of the roll the following answered to their names:

Minutes of the previous meetings were adopted as read.
