Ata Regular Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the
Commissioners' Chamber at the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 8:00 o'clock P.?:. on
Sept. 5th, 1944, Mayor Seaton presided and upon call of the Roll the followin-

answered to their names: Commissioners Pierce, Pulliam, 'Magner and Mayor Seaton (4).
Minutes of the previous meeting were adopted as read.

to look after the Barkley Park property, be received and filed, bhat the matter be
referred to the City Yanager for an investigation, and that said 11anager report to the

Commissioner Pierce offered motion that the petition of W.P.Paxton,

requesting permission from the City of Paducah and Commissioners of Water Works to
change the existing tap from which he receives water service to his residence outside
the city limits of Paducah, Kentucky, so as to change the tap from a three inch water
line privately owned by L. fi. Jones to a six inch water main privately owned by L.M.
Jones, and to move said tap approximately two feet Rastwardly, said tapping being
located near the intersection of North Central Avenue and 41st Street be granted.
It is understood that all of the conditions, restrictions and limitations contained
in the original petition filed by V,. P. Paxton and approved by L. M. Jonas, dated
August 12, 1939, shall continue in full force and effect as to the water service
and connections when changed as authorized hereby. Adapted on call of the Roll, Yeas
