At a Regular E!ooting of the Board of Comrnlanionera held In the Commissioners,
Chamber at the City Ball, Paducah, Kentucky, at 7:30 o'clock P.11,1. on 6.ny 4th, 1943
Nayor Lackey presided and upon call of the Roll, the following answered to their
names, Commissioners Dorian, Johnston, Pulliam, Wagner and Mayor Lackey (5).
Minutes of the previous meeting were adopted as read.

.lsy pipe, � mayor Lackey oi'fered motion that the latter of the Kentucky Utilities
in ':Toss plot
on 3rd wt 2 Company dated may 3rd. 1943, be received and filed, and that said company be
permitted to construct a two inch pipe on Tennessee Street from Third Street to the
Claussnor Kosiery Mill plant, said line to be constructed in the grass plot- on the
south side of the street for a distance of 350 feet, such permission to be granted
upon the condition that the Kentucky Utilities Company executes and delivers to the
city of Paducah an agreement under which said company will obligate itself to replace
the curb, pavement and grass plot and leave the same in as good condition an it was
before sold pipes were laid. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yens, Commissioners
Dorian, Johnston, Pulliam, I7agnor and Mayor Lackey (5).
