M., December 22nd, 1942, Mayor Lackey presided and upon call of the fi011, the following; answered to their names; Commlan toners Dorian and Pulliam, and Mayor Lackey (3). 'I Commissioners Johnston and Aagncr absent. I t.Iinu1es of the previous meeting wore adopted as read. RepoDept. Commissioner Dorian offered motion that the report of Bir. W. P. Anderson, Reporrt t for 11 months Superintendent of the Street Department, setting out the exnenditurea of the Street M and Sower Departments for eleven months of 1942, be received. Adopted on call of ithe Poll, Yens, Commissioners Dorian, Pulliam and ,Mayor Lackey (3). Audit of the Commissioner Dorian offered motion that the Audit Report of the Paducah ''later Paducah Water Works `,Yorks for the fiscal year ending October 31, 1942, be received and filed. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yea3, Commissioners Dorian, Pulliam and Mayor Lackey (3). Holidays on Commissioner Pulliam offered motion that all city employees, with the exception Christmas 8: New years Dai of the police and fire department personnel, be allowed holidays on Christmas Day abd New Years Day. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Dorian;: Pulliam and Mayor Lackey (3). Fire Department Mayor Lackey offered motion that the report of the Fire Department for the Report for r% November 1942 month of November, 1942, be received. Bryant, Chief of the Police Department of the City of Paducah, these charges consisting;of the sworn statement of the said Doshia Kink.do supported cy the affidavits of George Kinkade, Dr. Edward Adams and Udell ffirginbotham.
