At a Regular Meeting of the Board of Commissionors hold in the
Co insioners' Chamber at the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 7:30 o'clock P.M.
Pecember 15th, 1942, Mayor Lackey preoidod and upon call of the Roll the following
nr.swered to their names: Commissioners Dorian, Johnston, Pulliam, Gagner and
mayor Lackey (5).
Mnutes of the previous meeting were adopted as read. '

letter In which she expresses to the City Manager and the Board of Commissioners her
appreciation for the assistance given to carry on the work which is being done by the
organization known as "Bundles for America" be received and filed. Adopted on call 6

Auditors Commissioner 'Wagner offered motion that the letter of the City I -Tanager
