Proceedings of Hoard of Covunissioners City of Paducahflovomlier 10th 1942
At a Regular Mocting of the Doard of Commissioners held in the
Comn.issloners I Chamber at the City Rall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 7:30 o'clock P.M., on
November 10th, 1942,n Mayor Lackey presided and upon call of the Roll the following
answered to their names: Commissioners Dorian, Johnston, Pulliam, Warner and Mayor
Lackey (5).
Minutes of the previous meeting were adopted as read.
Holiday
Nov. 11, 1942 Commissl6ner Wagner offered motion that the City Employees be allowed
a full day holiday November 11th, 1942, with the exception of the police and fire
department personnel. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners
Dorian, Johnston, Pulliam, fagner and Mayor Lackey (5).
Eureka Fire
Mayor Lackey offered motion that the contract entered into between the
Rose Co.
contract City of Paducah and the United States Rubber Company, through the Eureka Fire Bose
received &
filed Division, for the purchase of 2500 feet of 2J inch Multex 2 ply Multiple Woven fire
hose be received and filed. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners
IDorian, Johnston,.Pulliam, Wagnor and Mayor Lackey,(5).
Ore motion the meeting adjourned.,
