At an adjourned regular meeting of the Board of Commisaionar hold in
the Comnisaioners, Chamber at the City Iiall in Paducah, Kentucky, at 10:00 o'clock A.f:.
on the 25th day of April, 1942, Mayor Lackey presided and upon call of the Roll the
following answered to their names: Commissioners Dorian, Johnston, Pulliam, Warner

Mayor Lackey offered the following motion: I move that the Corporation Counsel
be directed to prepare for introduction at the next regular meeting of the Board of
Commissioners an apportionment ordinance for the year 1942 based upon and In con-
formity with the budget sulmitted by the City Manager. 'Lost on call of the Robl,

under a motion adopted by the Board, be qlso requested to ascertain the minimum cost
of a municipal garbage disposal system and include in his revised budget the minimum
!amount of expense which the city would be required to incur for the establishment
and maintenance of a garbage disposni system for 1942, and that he ascertain and
report to the board the total taxes which must be levied in the year 1942 after
revisions have been made in the budgot and a municipal garbage disposal system has
