Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas; Comgissioners Dorian, Johnston, Pulliam, 'Wagner and Mayor Lackey (5). c arba6e ;� Commissioner Dorian offered the following motion: I move that the City Manager,Sys tem /l ',when making a revision in his budget to provide -for increases in salaries as directed under a motion adopted by the Board, be qlso requested to ascertain the minimum cost of a municipal garbage disposal system and include in his revised budget the minimum !amount of expense which the city would be required to incur for the establishment and maintenance of a garbage disposni system for 1942, and that he ascertain and report to the board the total taxes which must be levied in the year 1942 after revisions have been made in the budgot and a municipal garbage disposal system has been provided for.
