Grace Patterson dated ;'arch 23rd, 1942, under the terms of which there is cbnveyed to them all of t -,.e grantor's rirht, title and interest in and to part of Lot No.1.21j in Block No. 29 of Oak Grove Cemetery, Paducah, Kentucky:- i 1 novo that the conveyance of said cemetery lot to Mr. Johnie Johnson and his wife, Lula Johnson of Paducah, Kentucky, be approved, and that tl.e City Clerk .be nuthorized to make proper notation on the Cemetery Register showing said conveyance. b'opted on cell of the roll: Yeaa; Commissioners Dorian, Johnston, Pulliam, F:agner and Mayor Lackey (5). I further move that the City Manager be requested to include in his L•udreV'as a part of the Contingent Fund the sum of ;1500.00 for possible use by the Greater Paducah Association if the Eoard of Cormlozioners later in the year saw fit to appropriate an additional num of ;;1500.00 for this purpose. This motion is made with the understanding that the housing bureau being, so conducted by the Creator Paducah Association meetn with the approval of reprosentatite real estate agents of this city.
