Bids of Bond Compa for acqu'aition of !,^ntucky Utilities rejected Gus '>!anas refunded license fee on pool table Mayor Lackey offered motion that the City of Paducah reject each of the bids submitted for proceedings contract for acquisition of the electric system and properties of the Kentucky Utilities Company, which bids rejected by this motion were submitted by - 1'1. L. Lyons'& Sompany, Equitaole Securities Corporation, Cumberland Securities Corporation, J. D. Yan Hooser & Company, Hill & Company; by Walter, 'Moody & Heincrdinger, 17idmann & Iiolzman & Assoclates; and by Stein Bros & Boyce, Stranahan Harris & Co. and Associates; 1 further move that the check for 6,5000 submitted with each bid be reutrned. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeaa; Commissioners Dorian, Johnston, Pulliam and Mayor Lackey (4).
