At an adjourned regular mooting of the Board of Commiusionors held In the i
Commissioners Chamber at the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 2:00 o'clock P.M. on the
13th day of February, 19.12, Mayor Lackey presided and upon call of the roll the
followln answered to their names: Commissioners Dorian, Johnston, Pulliam, Wagner)
and Mayor Lackey (5).
Mayor Lackey offered motion that the Corporation Counsel be directed to

injunction Institute suit against E. L. Beyer and wife, Lucille Beyer for the purpose of having

Ky. AVG adjudged by order of Court whethor or not they aro guilty of a violation of the Zoning
fi0rdinance with r expect to their use of and building upon the property located at the
Northeast corner of the intersection of 19th & Ky. Ave., and he may ask for injunctive
relief or proceed under any other law by which the q?.iestion can be determined.

Ky.Ave.Pres.', Mayor Lackey offered motion that the sum of $24.80 be donated to the
Church do-
nation Kentucky Avenue Presbyterian Church, said sum to be used for the purpose of paying the
penalty on the paved street assessment levied against the property of said church,
and that the amount be paid provided said church shall pay the original amount of the
paved street assessment now due together with all accrued interest thereon.
