At a regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners hold in the
Cornissioners Chamber at the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. on the
27th day of January, 1942, Mayor Lackey presided and upon call of the roil the fol-
lowinc answcrod to their names: Commissioners Dorian, Johnston, Pulliam, iagner and
Knyor Lac%ey (5).
Minutes of the previous meeting were adopted as read.
Commissioner Pulliam offered motion that the Board of Commissioners i
