Proceedings of Board of 20ma12010ners City of Paducah December 9, 1941 _
At a regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the
Commissioners Chamber at the City Hall, Paducuh, Kentucky, at 7:30 o'clock P.N. on the
9th day of December, 1941, Mayor Lackey presided and upon call of the roll the followin
answered to their names: Commissioners Baker, Blackburn, Dorian, Pulliam and
Mayor Lackey (5).
Minutes of the previous meetings were adopted as read.
Commissioner Baker offered motion that the report of the
Riverside Hospital
November, 1941 report Riverside Hospital for the month of November, 1941, be received. Adopted on call of
the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Baker, Blackburn, Dorian, Pulliam and Mayor Lackey (5).
Commissioner Dorian offered motion that a resolution entitled:

Commlanionors of the City of Paducah, Kentucky,
at a regular meeting hold on Doc. 9th, 1941, the
United States Fidelity and Guaranty Company,

released from all liability arising under the

Mayor Lackey offered motion that an ordinance entitled:

ion Officer "All ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE APPOINTMENT BY THE CI7f JUDGE OF ONE OF THE REGUTA R
MEMBERS OF THE POLICE DEPARTMENT TO SERVE AS PROBATION OFFICER FOR THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY, WITHOUT ADDITIONAL PAY; PRESCRIBING THE DUTIES OF SUCH OFFICER; AND REPEALING
ALL PROVISIONS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH", be adopted. Adopted on call o
