Conmissieners Chanb r at the City Rall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. on the
';21st doy of octobor, 1941, Mayor Lackey presided and upon call of the roll the following
lanswerod to their names: Commissioners Saks, Blackburn, Dorian, Pulliam and Mayor

Minutes of the previous meetings were adopted as read.
Connissioner Baker offered motion that the payroll for the first

nuthorized to pay snno by check drawn on the General Fund. Adopted on call of
