At a rorular meeting of the Board of Commissioners held In the
Comadss`oners Chambcr at the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. on tho
9th day of September, 1941, ?kiyor Lackey presided and upon call of the roll the
fol'_owinE answered to their names: Commissioners Baker, blackturn, Dorian,
Pulliam and payor Lackey (5).

Commissioner Dorian offered motion that the communication of
George D. disson, Local No. 123 Chairman of Legislative Committee, International
Association of Idachinists of Paducah, Kentucky, requesting that a correction be made
in the first paragraph of a motion adopted by the Board of Commissioners on Aoptembor
2nd, 1941, be received and filed, and that the first paragraph of said motion be
corrected to read as follows:
"I move thnt the Board of Commissioners adopt as its findings upon
the written complaint heretofore filed by Elmer H. Brown, and upon the request of Local
No. 123 of the International Association of Machinists of Paducah, Kentucky, that an
investigation be made of the departments referred to in said complaint, the following:
conclusions".

Mayor Lackey (5).

Pickard for the southeast corner of Lot No. 93 in Block Ho.6, in Oak Grove Cemetery,
upon proper payment of 140.00 to the City Treasurer be approved. Adopted on call o:
the roll: Yeas; Commisslonera Baker, Blackburn, Dorian, Pulliam and Ynyor Lackey (5).
Commissioner Balser offered the followin, motion: Harold ;lagnor
having presented to the Eoard of Commissioners a deed of conveyance executed and
delivered to him by Lloyd Emory, at al., dated .:cptcmbar 3rd, 1941, under the terms
of cktich there is conveyed to him nil of the grantors right, title and interest in
part, of Lot No. 1004 in Block No. 4 on the East aide of Rest Avenue batween Cyproas
