At a regular mooting of the Board of ComnISsloners hold in the

29th day of July, 1941, L.ayor Lackey presided and upon call of the roll the following

Blackburn Mayor Lackey offered motion that John Blackburn, the attorney
authorized to
appealtax employed in the suit filed by the City of Paducah against the Citizens Savings Bank, be

authorized to prosecute an appeal from the judgment of the McCRACKEIT Circuit Court
under which it was adjudged that the judgment rendered in the McCracken quarterly
Court on May 26th, 1941 upon the appeal of the Citizens Savings Bank from the action
of the Doard of Equalizers in the year 1941 visa valid and binding upon the City, and
under which it visa held that the judgments rendered in all other tax appeal cases in
the year 1941 were valid and binding upon said city. Adopted on call of the roll:
