Proceedings of Board of Commiss.loners City of Paducah June 10, 1941 J,
At a regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the
Com-sissioners Chamber at the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. on the
10th day of June, 1941, Commiasioner Pulliam presided as mayor pro taro in the absence
of Mayor Lackey, and upon call of the roll the following answered to their names:
Commissioners Baker, Blackburn, Dorian and Mayor pro tem Pulliam (4).
Minutes of the previous meeting were adopted as road.

Reports- Mayor pro tem Pulliam offered the followine motion: I move that
Hospital,City the following reports for the month of May, 1941 be received: Dr. W. J. Bass, City
Physician,
Police Dept. Physician, Police Department, Riverside Hospital. Adopted on call of the roll:

Pauline Egolf Mayor pro tem Pulliam offered the following motion: Pauline M.

Dept.,releasa:Paducah and havingexecuted a bond as such Auditor, the bond
previously executed by her
as Clerk in the Finance Department is not required, and I move that the City Manager
be authorized and empowered to sign a proper instrument of writing for cancellation of
the bond executed by her and the Ohio Casualty and Insurance Company as her surety
while she was serving as Clerk. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners
Baker, Blackburn, Dorian and Mayor pro tom Pulliam (4).
Yary Rose Mayor pro tem Pulliam offered the following motion: Mary Rose
