Street Paving mayor Lackey offered motion that the latter of T. A. iTadley,
Project City Engineer, ad rersed to James P. Smith, City Manager, dated December 10th, 1940
be received and filed, and that the City of Paducah submit to the Work Projects
A,'ninistration a project proposal on the form approved by the City Engineer, said
proposal providing _^or the continuation of the street paving in the City of Paducah
at the cost, and under the terms and conditions as set out in Mr. Bradleyts letter.
