At a regular meeting, of the Board of Connnlasionors hold In the
.Comissioncrs Chamber at the Cl -"Ly Rall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 7:30 o'clock P.M., on the
26th day of November, 1940, Yayor Lackey presided and upon call of the roll the
following answered to their names: Commissionc:ra Baker, Blackburn, Dorian, Pulliam
and Linyor Lackey (5).

Cemetery in Paducah, Kentucky, said lot being a square twenty (27) feet by twenty
(20) feet and fronting upon a narrow walk way, which deed is executed and acknowledged
by Mrs. Ira Davin, widow, of Little Rock, Arkansas;

I move that the conveyance of said burial lot as aforesaid be
approved, and that the Cemetery Records be corrected to show said conveyance.

Mayor Lackey offered motion that the contract entered into between
K.U. Street Lightinc Cont. the Kentucky Utilities Company and City of Paducah dated August 30, 1940, and under
which contract the parties have agreed upon the terms and conditions under which the
Kentucky Utilities Company will furnish electricity to the City of Paducah for street
lighting purposes, be received and filed. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas;
