At a regular mooting of the Board of Comnisaionors hold is

on the 23rd day of January, 1940, Commissioner Pulliam presided as mnyor pro ter. in

Paducah on account of injuries received on the day of January, 1940, by isaaing
to him a check in the amount of 050.00, charging said amount to the fund act aside
in the Legal Department, and requiring the execution by Copeland of a full and com-
plete release of all claims for damages on account of the injuries complained of by
him. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Baker, Blackburn, Dorian
