At a regular meeting, of the Hoard of Com:ninalonern hold in the Com-
missfoners' Chamber at the City Hall, Paducah, Kontucky, at 7:30 o'clock P.M., on the
16th day of January, 1940, Mayor Lackey presided and upon call of the roll the fol-
lowing answered to their nancs: Commissioners Baker, Blackburn, Dorian, Pulliam
and IZayor Lackey (5).

1939, and having requested a further leave of 90 days, -

of absence for a period of 90 days from and after February 4, 1940.
