Paducah 'nater 7lorks extend its G" crater main and provide all water connections along
v1Zonroe street from 24th street to 25th street, a distance of 440 feet in the City of

Pad•Acah, Kentucky, said extension to be made on the condition that the owners of said
property take, use and pay for crater at the fixed rate for a term of not less than two
years, commencing within thirty (30) days after such pine extension is complete and
connection is made. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Hank, Melton,
