At a roLular meting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Cormnisnioners
Chamber at the City Hall, Paducah, Kontuc:y at 3:15 o'clock P.M, on the 31st day of
July, 1939, Co.^^icnioner flank presided as Mayor pro tem and upon call of the roll the
following answered to their names: Coruniasioners ?Belton, Pulliam, Stubblefield and

Commissioner Pulliam offered motion that the financial report of the Paduenh

ion on Pines to be supplied with water service for one residence only on a lot fronting on the Pines
Road
Road near the City Limits of Paducah (but outside the City Limits of Paducah) by
tapping a privately owned two inch water main at or neat the intersection of the Pines
Road and 40th Street in front of or near the property owned by Mrs. P. H. Stewart, said
two inch lateral is connected with a six inch main through which water is supplied by
the Paducah Water :5orks and the Paducah 'nater Works having endorsed on said petition
its approval of the connection to be made as hereinabove set out;
I new move that the petition be received and filed, and that the request of
the said Lars. A. P. Flournoy be granted upon the condition that said pipe connection
.be made subject to all the terms and conditions contained in the petition filed by
'L'xs. P. Flournoy, and the City shall in no event be liable for failure to supply
