Proceedings of $oard of Commissioners City of Paducah March 13. 1939
At a regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the
? Commissioners' Chamber at the City hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 2 o'clock P.M., on the
13th day of March, 1939, Mayor Washburn presided and upon call of the roll the fol-
�lowinC, answered to their names: Commissioners Hank, Melton, Pulliam, ;tubblefield
and Mayor V,ashburn (5).
Minutes of the previous meetings were adopted as read.
Commissioner Hank offered motion that the petition signed by
