At a Regular Yeeting of the hoard of Commissioners held in the Commissioners,
Chamber at the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 7:30 o'clock P.hi. on December 17, 1946'
A% yor Seaton presided and upon call of the Roll the following answered to their names:
Commissioners Friedlander, Sims, Williams and f..ayor Seaton (4). Commissioner
Johnston being absent (1)
Commissioner Sims offered motion that the petition signed by citizens of this
city engaged in business on P1 ondway between First and Second streets requesting the
limiting of parking of automobiles, trucks and other vehicles on each side of said
Broadway between rirst and Second Streets to one hour be received and filed. Adopted
on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Friedlander, Sims, 116lilliams and Payor Seaton i

Bus stops Commissioner Sims offered motion that the letter of W. A. Boyd, tlanagerof the

4th to 28th Paducah bus company, dated December 16, 1946, be received and filed and that the
Paducah Bus Company be permitted to establish bus stops at all street intersections
over its new route on Kentucky Avenue from Fourth Street to Twenty-eighth Street.

Tens Perry Stella McClean, dated December 4th, 1946, under the terms of which is conveyed to the

excepted out of the whole of said lot the two graves on said lot on which J. R. McCIs.

I move that the conveyance of said cemetery lot to Nannie Stephens and Lena Per
