n Commissioner Johnston offered the followin- motion: I move that the petition of

in an alloy near Lot J29 in the Country Club Addition to the City of "Paducah, be
,,ranted, subject to the limitations and conditions of the authority heretofore grante
to ^. .:ell to lay anO. Iona truct caid pipe line.
'Phe original petition was riled on Lay 22, 1939 and L:ay 29, 1939, and subsequent
petition filed by T.E.L'ell and C.G.YniLht [.;arch 23, 1943.
'ot'r,in;, contained in the granting of this request shall be construed as a
guarantee of pressure or water service on the part of the City of Paducah or its
Commissioners of later ";arks, and nothinC in the granting of said request shall now o
hereafter be construed as an obligation or aCreement on the part of the City of Paduc h

or its Commissioners of �•ater ':forks to purchase or acquire said water line or any par
.;ereof or to maintain same. No such obliZation shall arise should said territory
where said privately owned pipe line lies be taken into the corporate limits of the
