Co.a.Lasioners' Chambor at the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 4 o'clock P.B.

considering judgment In the case of City of Paducah, and L. V. Bean, —inager

I8 feet by 9 feet on the Northwest corner of Lot No.59, in Block 1, in the new
addition to OLk Grove Ce:netcry, and which deed is executed by :;:rs. 'waude Haynes,

McCracken Circuit Court the action of Thomas B. Russell vs. the City of Paducah,
et al., in which action the plaintiff seeks to be reinstated as a police ol'_icer
of the City of Paducah, and to recover salary a;, such police officer from February
1934 to the present time, and the Board having reviewed the record of his employ -
pent as such police officer find that he was employed as a police offlcer of the
City of Paducah, and that he was certified to the Board of Commisalonc(,s i,:
