At a call meeting of the Board of Com7ml,uloners held in the

in the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, Mayor Via:;hburn presided and upon call
of the roll the following answered to their names: Commissioners Hannin,
Lockwood, and Mayor Vashburn (3).
Mayor Washbu:•n stated reason for call, to -wit: For the purpose
of hearing complaints of property owners against the widening of Second street,
and to transact any other business that may come Before the meeting.
Mayor Washburn offered the following motion: I move that the
petition of tenants and property ownhrs regaraing improve ent of Second
street be received and filed. Adopted or. call of the roll: Yeas;
Commissioners Hannin, Lockwood and Uayor {Mashburn (3).

petition of tenants and property owners regarding improvement of Second
street be received and filed and the petition rejected. Adopted on call of
