At a call meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commission rs,
Cha:aber at the City Hall in the City of Paducah, Kentucky at 3 o'clock P.N. on
the 29th day of September, 1936, liayor Washburn presided and upon call of the;• will
the following answered to their names: Commissioners Hannin, Lockwood, Melton,
Pulliam and Mayor Washburn (5).
Mayor Washburn stated reason for call, to -wit: For the purpose of
considering ordinande adopting rules and regulations of police department and to
transact any other business that may come before the meeting.
Commission r Melton offered the following motion: Application for
Beer License -
D. R. Hardy granted license to sell at retail beer and light wines by D. R. Hardy, having been
introduced on September 28th, 1936, and consideration thereof deferred, I now
trove that permit or license for retail beer and light wines to D. R. Hardy be
approved and license be issued upon payment of license fee. Adopted on call of
the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Hannin, Lockwood, Melton, Pulliam and 14ayor
Washburn (5).
Ordinance prescrib-Mayor Washburn offered the following motion: I move that an ordinance
