At a regular meeting of the Board of Coumissloners held In the Commissionerh'
Char;ber at the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 2 o'clock P.Y. on Tuesday, September 8,
1936, which was the first legal day after Mondays September 7, which was the regular
meeting day, but same being a .legal holiday said meeting was held on this day, Mayor
Washburn presided and upon call of the roll the following answered to their names:
Commissioners Lockwood, Yelton, Pulliam abd :dayor Washburn (4).
Minutes of the previous meetings were adopted as read.
E. R. Commissioner Lockwood offered the following motion: Application fox, license
Keel Ing to sell at retail beer and light wines by E. R. Keeling, 728 So.3rd Street, known as
Beer
License Knitters Kitchen, having been introduced on August 31st, and consideration thereof
Granted
deferred, I now move that license or permit for retail beer and light wines to E..R.
Keeling, 728 S. 3rd St., be approved and license be issued upon payment of the amount
of license fee. Adopted in call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Lockwood, Melton,
Pulliam and Mayor Washburn (4).
Her-nan Commissioner Lockwood offered the following motion: That a license to perm.
Pryor the retailing of beer and light wines to the following applicant be received and filed
