At a call meeting of the Board of Commissioners hold in the
Cosaissioners' Chamber in the Cith Rall Building in the City of Paducah, Kentucky
at 4:00 o1clock P.M. on the 3rd day of June, 1932, mayor Scott presided and
upon call of the roll the following answered to their names: Commissioners
Block, Holt, Rieke and Mayor Scott (4). CoTmissionor Bradshaw being absent.
Mayor Scott stated reason for call to -wit: For the purpose of
allowing bills.
Proceeds Commissionor Rieke offered motion that the Commiasioner of Public
