Minutes of the previous meetings were adopted as read.
Beer Commissioner Lockwood offered the following motion: Applications
11cen: .or licenses to sell at retail b..er and light wines by
Dan Orr & Co.

;!having been introduced July 3, 1936, and consideration thereof deferred, - I now move
that permit or license for retailing beer and light wines to Dan Orr & Co., and Pickens
�& Dunn, be approved and license be issued upon payment of the amount of license fee.

John Dunn Hearing Uayor Washburn offered the following motion; Notice having been executed
upon John Dunn on the 3rd day of July, 19362 requiring him to appear in the
Co=isslonerst Chamber at the City Hall at 3:00 otclock P. 31., on the 6th day of
July, 1936, to show cause why his license to engage in business at the North West
corner of 2nd & Kentucky hvenue should not be revoked for the causes stated
in said notice, - I now move that said executed notice be received and filed
and that the Board of Commissioners proceed in accordance therewith to the hearing
of evidence upon said complaint as described in said notice. bdopted on call of
