Mayor Washburn offered the folloriing motion: I move that a resolution
entitled, "A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY TREASURER 70 DEDUCT
Taxcs- 10% deducted, FROM ALL DELINQUENT TAX BILLS FOR THE FIRST HALF OF THE TAXES FOR THE Y::AR 1936
from delinquent tax.

At a call meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commissioners'
Chamber in the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 10:00 o'clock A. It., on the 3rd
day of July, 1936, Mayor Washburn presided and upon call of the roll the following
answered to their names: Commissioners Hannin, Lockwood, Melton, Pulliam and
Mayor Washburn (5).
Mayor Washburn stated reason for call, to -wit: For the purpose of
considering an ordinance regulating traffic, and to transact any other business
that may come before the meeting.
Mayor Washburn offered the following motion: I move that an ordinance
