At an adjourned regular meeting of the Board of Commissionvrs held in
the Commissioners Chamber at the City Hall in Paducah, Kentucky on the 25th day of
April, 1936, pursuant to order of adjournment of the adjourned regular meeting ,
'of the Board of Commissioners held on Thursday, April 23, 1936, Mayor Washburn
presided and upon call of the roll the following answered to their names:

Ilayor Washburn offered the following motion: T. E. Bell and Henry
Seamon having petitioned the aayor and the Board of Commissioners and the

on Pines Road Commis;.ioners of Plater Works of the City of Paducah for privilege to cause a
private line described as being 1-J inches in diameter, and not less than 500 feet
between 35th and 36th streets on the Pines Road, and it inch line to extend 150
feet in a northerly direction from 36th street and the Pines Road, and 1 inch line
for 650 feet north west from said Pines Road, and the Commissioners of Water
(Works having approved said connection and extension, subject to the approval of the
Board of Commi..aioners, - I move that said petltl= be received and filed, and
that the Commissioners of Water Works be permitted to authorize and permit said
petitioners T. E. Bell and Henry Seamon to tap said water mains at 35th Street
and Pines Road, and to extend same south 500 feet to the intersection of 36th
and Pines Road, and West therefrom a distance of not exceeding 800 feet along
the street or highway connecting with the Pines Road, at or neat the junction
of 86th street and Pines Road. The size of said line to be 1i inches for that
part laid in the Pines Road, 1� inches for the first 150 feet extending Northwest,
an' the balance of said line of 650 feet to be 1 inch, upon said petitioners
complying with the requirements of the payment of said water service. No other
taps to be made on this private line, and service herein provided for may be
discontinued at any time by motion passed by the Board of Commissioners. Adopted
on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Hannin, Lockwood, Melton, Pulliam
and Mayor 'ilaahburn (5).
On motion of Wayor Washburn meeting recessed until 3:00 o'clock P.M.,
April 25th, 1936.
Said meeting of the Board of Commission•.rs reconvened at 3:00 o'clock
